I drink green smoothies every morning.

I pack the kale, turnip greens, turnip greens, bok choy, napa cabbage, celery, cilantro, parsley, arugula, spinach and then put in fruit and water and ice.  I get 2 cups of live green drink as a way to start the day and WOW, when I do the elliptical, I can take oxygen to the highest degree, and feel wonderful.

 

Live Greens and your protein and that is the new green.
