This was Cut and paste from Lynnea's original emailI drink green smoothies every morning.I pack the kale, turnip greens, turnip greens, bok choy, napa cabbage, celery, cilantro, parsley, arugula, spinach and then put in fruit and water and ice. I get 2 cups of live green drink as a way to start the day and WOW, when I do the elliptical, I can take oxygen to the highest degree, and feel wonderful.Live Greens and your protein and that is the new green.Enjoy
